- Rig Condition Survey and preparation of equipment fact with the summary of the inspection and clear recommendation.
- Rig Commissioning / Commissioning survey.
- Rig commissioning experience and knowledge in engineering drawings.
- Rig comprehensive examination (before and after maintenance).
- Rig asset integrity audit.
- Rig critical spare parts verification.
- Rig occupational health and safety compliance audit.
- Rig dropped object survey.
- Rig special equipment & lifting audit.
- Rig PMS implementation audit.
- Performing well control Equipment inspection and function checks.
- Rig Electrical Equipment inspection and ATEX Compliance audit.
- Perform visual inspection for barge and rig equipment onshore / offshore or at OEM premises.
- Jacking system audit based on international standards, OEM recommendation.
- Rigs HSE equipment Inspection and SCE verification.
- Witnessing functional checks for barge and rig equipment onshore / offshore or at OEM premises.
- Marine Equipment Inspection and functional verification.
- Performing Crew assessment and preparation of crew matrix.
- Conducting / performing rig endurance test and jacking trials.
- Preparation of consolidate deficiency list and final report.
