Digital Oil Field Consultant

We are looking for two highly skilled Digital Oil Field Consultants with an engineering background and at least 5 years of experience specializing in digital oil field technologies, particularly well modeling. These consultants will play a crucial role in enhancing well performance, integrating digital workflows, and optimizing reservoir management strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced well modeling solutions to optimize both production and reservoir performance.
- Utilize digital oil field technologies to integrate real-time data, predictive analytics, and AI-powered insights for enhanced well optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (reservoir engineers, production engineers, and IT specialists) to improve and integrate digital workflows.
- Perform performance analysis, conduct sensitivity studies, and carry out forecasting to boost well efficiency.
- Support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of well modeling software and digital platforms.
- Ensure that all efforts align with KOC's digital transformation goals and adhere to industry best practices.
- Provide expert consultancy, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and other stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with digital oil field technologies, with a focus on well modeling.
- Proficiency in well modeling software (such as Prosper, GAP, MBAL, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of production optimization, artificial lift systems, and reservoir simulation techniques.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in digital oil field operations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment and engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
