For a leading MNC Client of us who are in Diversified businesses , known for its innovative, sustainability and environmental projects that cater to the diverse needs of their clients across the globe. Position: MEP HEAD / Manager Location: Dubai Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: Mechanical Engineering

  • Must have experience in Real Estate Developer / Project Construction Companies.
  • Experience in high-rise/ High End Hospitality projects is essential , with a proven track record of completing the full project life cycle, including testing and commissioning integrating sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into system design.
  • Proven track record in building services design with different types of sectors, including high rise, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, industrial, refurbishment etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of local and international design standards, BSEN, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.
