Assistant Manager Manager - Sales Business Development Lifestyle

A highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through our bespoke product Metlux, which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its target audience. S/He should have a strong understanding of B2B sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in the perfume industry.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales with a minimum of one year experience in B2B sales.
- Extensive experience in dealing professionally with key decision makers and following the top-down approach.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed.
- Proven track record as a Sales Executive/Manager or similar role, preferably in the perfume or perfume packaging industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and lead discussions across multiple areas within the department and the company.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events & exhibitions.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid UAE driver's license.
