Responsible for maximizing our sales potential for the products in UAE, opening new doors for the company, crafting sales plans, and justifying these plans to the Senior management. To meet our customer’s acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Principal Accountability:

  1. Create new leads to achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures the continuity of its strong presence.
  3. Establish collaborative relationships across and beyond your own area in order to maximize the business' performance and share best practices.
  4. Grow the revenue & gross margin as per the company targets plans.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address satisfaction issues promptly.
  6. Specify our product with the consultants by adding our brand’s name to the vendor lists.
  7. Provide these customers with technical product support evaluating their project needs and specifications.
  8. Establish good rapport with the customers and maintain the company's image.
  9. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  10. Report on a regular basis to the management.
  11. Follow up on payment collections (if there are any payment issues).
Minimum Requirement (Knowledge, Skill, and Experience):
  1. Should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university.
  2. Technical know-how about the product.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Fluent in the English language (read, write, speak); the Arabic language is an advantage.
  6. Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  7. UAE Driving License.
  8. A good network of MEP Contractors / Consultants in UAE.
