Sharepoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced SharePoint solutions, as well as providing leadership and guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced SharePoint solutions.
2. Customize and configure SharePoint sites to meet complex business requirements.
3. Develop custom web parts, workflows, and forms using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API.
4. Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SharePoint developers.
6. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
7. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet best practices and industry standards.
8. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SharePoint applications.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a SharePoint Developer.
3. Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013/2016/2019.
4. Strong expertise in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
5. Extensive experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API.
6. Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
7. In-depth understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCPD).
2. Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role.
