What You'll Do?
- Identify training needs across Kitopi UAE and contribute to shaping the Operations training agenda for both single and multiple brands within the organization.
- Design and deliver engaging bilingual training programs (Arabic & English) for all levels of the Operations team across various brands (team members, supervisors, managers).
- Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer between key functions (Culinary, Consumer, Finance, Growth, Facilities, etc.) and Operations across the different brands.
- Lead "Train-the-Trainer" sessions, ensuring subject matter experts from multiple brands can effectively share their knowledge and expertise.
- Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs to measure impact on performance and business outcomes for both single-brand and multi-brand operations.

- Strong F&B leadership experience: Proven background in restaurants or the F&B industry within a multi-branded, large-scale organization.
- Arabic & English fluency: Ability to train, engage, and communicate effectively in both languages.

- Clear and confident communication: Able to engage, inspire, and connect with diverse teams.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better. If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation. Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer.
