We are seeking a talented and visionary Urban Planning Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and planning urban spaces, with expertise in creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appealing environments. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that balance community needs, environmental concerns, and economic goals. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design urban plans, layouts, and projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Conduct site analyses, including assessments of environmental, social, and economic factors, to inform project decisions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, landscape designers, and other professionals to create integrated urban solutions.
Prepare master plans, zoning plans, and detailed layouts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Evaluate land use proposals and ensure they align with planning and development guidelines.
Ensure sustainable and eco-friendly design principles are integrated into all projects.
Present urban planning concepts, designs, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and government authorities.
Prepare technical documentation, including feasibility studies, planning reports, and regulatory submissions.
Stay updated on urban planning trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Coordinate with local authorities and government agencies for project approvals and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

A master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a closely related field is essential for this role.
Certification from a recognized body like the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is highly desirable.
At least 5 years of experience in urban planning or architecture, with a focus on mixed-use developments or transit-oriented design.
Experience working in diverse urban environments, showcasing an understanding of various cultural and community dynamics.
Proficiency in both English and the local language to effectively communicate with stakeholders and community members.
Strong technical skills in software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and GIS applications are critical for effective planning.
Exceptional analytical skills to assess complex data and make informed decisions to enhance urban development projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with clients, government officials, and the community.
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges during project execution and planning.
Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections, including traversing varied terrains and environments.
