Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating innovative entertainment and leisure destinations. We are excited to announce an opening for a Delivery - Senior Project Manager (RES215) to be a key player in our project delivery team. This role will require exceptional project management skills and a strong track record in overseeing the delivery of large-scale, complex projects within the real estate sector. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Oversee project execution, track progress, and report on performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with diverse teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations
- Manage project budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Engage with contractors and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout all project phases
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects successfully
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Sound knowledge of industry regulations and safety practices
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and maintain focus on project objectives
