We are actively seeking a tech-savvy graduate engineer to join our elite team as a Senior Sales Engineer for the ELV business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven Track Record: Showcase a minimum of AED 10 million plus annual sales achieved across various ELV projects consistently over the last three years in UAE / GCC.
  2. Market Presence: Extensive market contacts with established relationships among major players such as Facility Management companies, Interior Design firms, Government Entities, Retail, Hospitality, Health Care, and End Users.
  3. Business Development Skills: Ability to generate and assess pricing for Annual Maintenance Contracts, Retrofit projects, and IT Infrastructure upgrades.
  4. UAE Expertise: At least 6 years of successful work experience in the UAE.
  5. Technical Acumen: Proven track record in UAE of project sales in various domains, including large IP CCTV systems, Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems, Perimeter Security Systems, ICT, Public Address Systems, and Home Automation.
  6. Vendor Relationship: Strong rapport with top-tier product suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creating and executing sales strategies.
  2. Inspiring and guiding a sales team to meet and exceed set targets.
  3. Securing new business opportunities and cultivating sales leads.
  4. Identifying potential customers and formulating strategies to attain sales objectives.
  5. Supporting the Pre-sales team and fostering collaboration across departments.
  6. Establishing and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
  7. Providing regular updates to the Senior Management.
  8. Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
