Job Description SPAR Steel Industries is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategy implementation to support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Develop and monitor financial strategies, including forecasting and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support decision-making.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and UAE tax laws.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
