Role Title: Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary (Arabic Speaker) Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, Long Term, On-Site Contract Duration: 12 months – renewable every three months Working Days & Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (5 days) Only candidates available in UAE and can join immediately will be considered. Job Summary: Act as the CEO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Provide administrative support. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- 4-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Language: Excellent in verbal and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
