Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, and they are recruiting a Procurement Manager to join the team located in Riyadh - KSA.The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation and compliance with our clients' purchasing strategies and processes, along with procurement and sourcing for the business.Key Tasks:Co-ordinate the implementation of our clients' Corporate Supply Chain Strategy within the country. This includes promoting the use of Preferred Suppliers, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements, and generating savings across FM services lines.Streamline the Contract Register for the KSA Ops Accounts, enforce the use of Preferred Suppliers to reduce the supplier base and leverage spend, and put in place formal contracts with key suppliers ensuring back-to-back risk with client accounts.Develop Procurement Plans for KSA Ops Accounts. Ensure services lines are tendered in line with the Procurement Plan. Ensure consistency of specifications, SLAs, and processes. Manage risk and supply chain cost.Work closely with operations on the accounts regarding SCM. Promote compliance and process. Act as a point of escalation for supplier issues on Accounts.Actively support the Head of Supply Chain and the Account Directors in identification and reporting of savings and ownership and reporting of specific Supply Chain initiatives.Drive the central SCM Team in developing central initiatives, undertake central projects as required, and provide SCM training while sharing best practices.Ownership and Management of selected central Preferred Suppliers, involving quarterly reviews and management of these suppliers in the Supplier Database.Under the guidance of the Head of Supply Chain, work with the Solutions Development team in tendering service lines for bid proposals.Under the guidance of the Head of Supply Chain, transition suppliers as part of the SCM Transition module to our client when new business is secured.Management responsibility for SCM Senior Buyers, Buyers, Assistant Buyers, and Coordinators.Support the Director of Supply Chain in the development of SCM processes & procedures, savings authorizations and tracking, provision of management information, and ad hoc initiatives that drive the SCM department forward.Person SpecificationProcurement Professional with at least three to four years of relevant experience within a Procurement Function.Leadership qualities, excellent systems and procurement process understanding, contract law knowledge.Excellent communication skills.Ability to travel.Ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision.Degree and CIPS or equivalent qualification preferred.Our client is offering a full relocation package for you and your family, excellent benefits including bonus, car allowance, and the opportunity to work on some of the world's finest buildings that house the best modern mechanical and electrical systems.Job Sector: Facilities ManagementJob Category: Facilities ManagementJob Type: PermJob Salary: NEGApply for this positionFirst Name *Last Name *Email *Phone *Upload CV/Resume * Allowed Type(s): .pdf, .doc, .docxBy using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website.
