Provide strategic planning support to Matarat and subsidiaries to detail initiatives that they need to roll out to achieve business success.

  • Functional Responsibilities:
  • Support development of corporate strategy including the identification and evaluation of strategic option and associated initiatives.
  • Support the cascading of corporate strategy to Matarat divisions and OpCos.
  • Support the development of business plan including financial forecasts, and operational plans.
  • Support development of implementation roadmap for strategy and business plan including timelines, resource allocation, budgets and governance for each initiative.
  • Support the review of OpCos strategies and business plans to ensure alignment with holding strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
  • Work Experience: (5 – 6) years of experience in a relevant field.
