Please note this is not a fulltime contract. TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company, specialized in digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients, leading sustainable public transformation from strategy to execution. For over a decade, TAM has been the partner of choice for 50+ government entities. Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella. We are currently looking for Associates who can join immediately on project basis. In this role, you are going to be responsible for supporting team leadership, collecting and conducting analysis, creating recommendations, and delivering impactful and clear client presentations.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

Manage the analytical execution and development of client deliverables
Contribute to the team's problem solving and client management
Generate creative ideas and turn those into client-ready recommendations
Assist with or own communications and interactions with clients
Manage analyst team members including research efforts
Participate in and occasionally drive firm initiatives

Requirements:

+4 years of experience in consultancy, preferably in management consultancy with proven track records working with client teams
Saudi National
Experience fostering client relationships for effective project management with attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in the absence of daily supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative
Proficiency with core analytical tools and approaches
Knowledgeable with desktop computing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
PMP certification is a plus
