Manager, Talent Acquisition and Learning
Key Accountability:- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, and job offers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization and internal policies.
- Manage job postings and career portal updates.
- Build relationships with universities and job fairs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet manpower needs.
