Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
  3. Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team across the GCC region.
  5. Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure team members meet targets.
  6. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  8. Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
  9. Maintain excellent customer service levels and ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Explore and develop new sales channels and partnerships within the GCC region.
  11. Drive market penetration and increase brand visibility in key territories.
  12. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build business relationships.
  13. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) to senior management.
  14. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and business updates.
  15. Analyze sales data to improve strategies, target key sectors, and optimize performance.
  16. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  17. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to improve product offerings.
  18. Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region.
  19. Ensure cost-effective sales operations and adherence to the financial guidelines.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the GCC region.
  3. Understanding of the GCC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business environment.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  7. Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
  8. Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region as required.
