Freesia Electro Mechanical is looking for talented professionals to join our team. If you have the skills and experience to lead MEP projects, we'd love to hear from you! Work Experience:
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on construction projects to ensure they meet all requirements specifications, codes and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP equipment, and controlling costs within financial limits.
- Plan and supervise MEP system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with project specifications.
- Perform quality inspections of MEP installations to verify that they meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Investigate and implement innovative MEP technologies and sustainable practices to improve project efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and provide customers with state-of-the-art systems.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP Projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with contracts, procurement, and cost management.
