YOUR MISSION _______ As the Regional Fragrance Expert , you will be assisting the Senior Regional Training Manager in being the official image, voice, and hands of Dior Fragrance (& Beauty). Sharing expertise, passion and being a role model for our Beauty Consultants and Specialists to inspire, convert and build sustainable relationships with our clients. And remaining at the highest level of expertise. Your main assignment will be focused on: Fragrance Training and Coaching
- Train, coach and develop employees on fragrance storytelling and transmit one’s passion for fragrance.
- Develop competencies of fragrance teams through coaching on Fragrance knowledge and application techniques.
- Organize and Animate in-class training sessions for fragrance.
- Follow up after in-class fragrance training to allow for comprehension, understanding and up to standard application.
- Organize and Animate field training sessions for fragrance.
- Contribute to BC motivation when in store.
- Pro-actively propose actions to improve skills.
- Ensure brand and product knowledge (storytelling, sales speech, link/cross selling).
- Demonstrate competence in using different social media tools as a learning platform.
- Lead and Animate Regional events at POS ensuring Client Experience.
- Animate Master classes.
- Manage and lead an event team by clearly communicating on goals.
- Showcase exceptional public speaking ability for PR events and olfactory workshops.
- Provide feedback after coaching.
- Debrief after field visit.
- Be able to learn and adapt to new technology for tracking and reporting training and coaching sessions.
- 80% field
- 20% admin
- Travel for 80% of time
- English and Arabic (fluent) and French is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years in retail luxury beauty and training
- Retail knowledge and sales oriented
- Meet brand image standards
- Strong passion of transmission (technical and practical)
- Market knowledge and trend awareness
- Genuine interest for cosmetic and luxury industry
- Curiosity and open mindedness
- Exceptional fragrance knowledge

- Having VIC database is a plus.
