Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fashion/retail management with proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and train the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
• Analyze sales and implement growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

• 4-6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
• Experience in fashion/retail store operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
