Job details
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fashion/retail management with proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and train the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales and implement growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- 4-6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
- Experience in fashion/retail store operations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
