Job Description

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in corporate functions, providing insights and solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify talent needs, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that enhance team performance and organizational culture.
  • Partner with the Talent Management team on leadership development, training initiatives, and career path planning for corporate functions.
  • Follow up on the status of training courses to ensure execution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of the PM cycle as per the approved policies and procedures.
  • Set and identify career paths, in order to increase retention and employees' potential.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to support compensation planning, benefits administration, and rewards strategies.
  • Act as the focal point between HR and Business Leaders when it comes to the People agenda.
  • Work closely with HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR services including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Identify any job vacancies and opportunities in the assigned department or function in an effort to identify candidates and job seekers.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule needed interviews.
  • Interview and assess candidates to ensure job & company fitment and provide feedback and recommendations.
  • Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Saudi National HRBP will possess the following:
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role partnering with senior leadership.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment; familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
