Job Description
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in corporate functions, providing insights and solutions aligned with business goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify talent needs, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that enhance team performance and organizational culture.
- Partner with the Talent Management team on leadership development, training initiatives, and career path planning for corporate functions.
- Follow up on the status of training courses to ensure execution in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accurate and timely execution of the PM cycle as per the approved policies and procedures.
- Set and identify career paths, in order to increase retention and employees' potential.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to support compensation planning, benefits administration, and rewards strategies.
- Act as the focal point between HR and Business Leaders when it comes to the People agenda.
- Work closely with HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR services including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Identify any job vacancies and opportunities in the assigned department or function in an effort to identify candidates and job seekers.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule needed interviews.
- Interview and assess candidates to ensure job & company fitment and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Saudi National HRBP will possess the following:- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role partnering with senior leadership.
- Prior experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment; familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
