Position Overview As the Performance Management Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's performance culture within the aviation industry . You'll be responsible for developing and implementing performance evaluation standards, managing employee performance cycles, and fostering a high-performance environment. Collaborating with leadership teams, you'll ensure performance improvement plans are in place, develop leadership pipelines, and align KPIs and competencies with strategic goals. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Education & Experience:
  • Diploma with 12+ years of experience (6+ in a managerial role)
  • Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience (4+ in a managerial role)
  • Master's/Ph.D. with 7+ years of experience (3+ in a managerial role)
  • Core Competencies: Proven expertise in HC strategy, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee performance management at an advanced level.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Strong ability to lead and empower teams, drive innovation, and collaborate effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships, driving change, and achieving results.
