Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Channel Manager to oversee and support our channel partnership strategy within the Middle East and CIS region. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with channel partners (Resellers, Hosting partners, Distributors, and Service Delivery partners), driving sales growth, and ensuring alignment with our company's strategy and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities as he will be leading a team, strategic thinking skills, and a proven track record in channel management and Sales. Job Requirements:

  1. Previous leadership experience.
  2. Very deep knowledge of the Middle East market.
  3. Wide network within the Middle East Channel ecosystem – executive level relationships.
  4. Solid Technical and Sales background.
  5. Previous experience within a channel management role.
  6. Proven track record of implementing winning channel strategies and building synergies within the channel ecosystem.
  7. Ability to travel throughout the territory.
  8. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
  9. Fluent in English and Arabic.
Job Functions:
  1. Achieving revenue targets and goals for the territory.
  2. Developing and growing the Cloud Partners business (Rental) in the territory.
  3. Developing Joint Business Plans for all Top partners in the Territory.
  4. Driving strategic and multi-dimensional initiatives within the ecosystem by engaging multiple key players within the Channel and Alliances ecosystem.
  5. Developing key action plans with the channel team to drive growth in the BaaS and Enterprise markets.
