ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is part of a leading industrial French group. They produce and commercialize French traditional cakes and cookies. With over 1000 employees across 12 sites in France and Belgium, it is much more than just a company; it’s a community of creators, makers, and passionate individuals where everyone plays a crucial role in our collective success. Driven by their desire to continue their international development, they are currently looking for a Middle East Export Manager in retail and food service. ABOUT THE JOB

Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Middle East Region under the guidance of the Export Director.
Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
Manage marketing activities for products within the assigned geographical area.
Optimize the customer portfolio and identify opportunities for turnover growth.
Oversee distribution networks including importers and direct customers.
Conduct market research and prospect for new markets to expand the company’s presence.
Regular and timely Reporting (Sales report, benchmark trends, packaging, market expectations, and competition).
Work actively with the related commercial marketing & operation teams.
Always convey a highly qualitative image of our company to all partners and contacts.
Organize and lead promotional events as well as participate in important industry fairs throughout the year.

Requirements

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a true business developer with prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the food industry, with fluency in the Arab language, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Key strengths for this role include commitment, reliability, and a proactive approach. You excel in building strong customer relationships and align with our company values: respect, high standards, pragmatism, and friendliness. You are methodical, detail-oriented, and organized in your work.

Benefits

Number of worked hours/week: 40h/week overtime to consider
Gross Annual Salary Range: 162,000 AED to 213,000 AED
Variable Income & Benefits: Annual Bonus, work phone, computer No other benefits
