We are seeking an HR Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment process management, including job postings, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Plan and execute smooth onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company.
- Manage employee exit formalities and ensure compliance with necessary documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Organize activities and events to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Handle HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and attendance.
- Ensure company policies are up-to-date and adhered to by employees.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, facilities management, and other admin requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing process improvements for better efficiency.
- Assist various teams including the Customer Support team on a need basis.
- Update and manage customer support records in the system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve order or delivery issues.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus.
