Cost Controller - Seafood / FMCG Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and minimizing wastage.
- Analyze and monitor costs related to procurement, production, and operations to ensure profitability.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and provide actionable insights for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align inventory and cost control strategies.
- Implement and maintain cost control procedures specific to the seafood/FMCG industry.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Track variances between standard and actual costs and recommend corrective measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and practices to improve cost efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control and inventory management in the Seafood/FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of seafood processing standards and inventory control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and inventory management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
