Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate, solve, interact, and provide a high level of customer service that exceeds customer expectations while meeting departmental goals.
2. Update job cards for each customer through JDE systems once parts become available, and notify the technical team.
3. Perform regular administration of offered tools and equipment to customers via regular inspection and auditing.
4. Order spare parts and follow up on shipments until received in the service center.
5. Manage sub-inventory at the service vehicle, including safety stock supply.
6. Support the service manager with required part moving reports and parts needed to reach target KPIs.
7. Coordinate with the sales team regarding new line products to prepare advance stock for customer needs.
8. Follow standard deviations for spare part warehouse sorting and cleaning.
9. Coordinate with the tracking team and part leader for any pending service orders due to shortages.
10. Source and supply local purchases of parts.
11. Utilize the JDE system for offering spare parts to technicians and ensure auditing of technician sub-stores on a regular basis.
