Salary – 550KWD / month + benefits- Accommodation (shared apartment)

- 30 days annual leave
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in events, hospitality, or high-end service environments (e.g., airlines, F&B, hotels, restaurants, or hosting high-profile events).
- Experience in event support or a similar role in an event-driven environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at events, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Provide information to guests about event schedules, venues, and services available during the event.
- Assist guests with any special requests or needs throughout the event to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a high level of attentiveness and respond promptly to any guest queries or concerns.
- Assist in setting up event spaces, including organizing seating arrangements, decor, and equipment to meet event requirements.
- Coordinate with the event management team to ensure all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Monitor the flow of the event, ensuring all services (food, beverage, entertainment) are delivered on time.
- Ensure guest comfort by managing event facilities, including directing them to various sections of the venue or addressing specific needs.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality service to guests throughout their time at the event.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, seeking to resolve concerns promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Ensure all service staff are maintaining high standards of service and guest interaction.
- Work closely with event coordinators, wait staff, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Assist in delegating tasks to junior staff or supporting team members during busy event periods.
- Assist in maintaining guest lists, checking in attendees, and preparing any required documentation.
- Help manage guest registration or ticketing processes as necessary.
