Female Fitness Coach

Job Position: Female fitness trainer Location: Kuwait We are currently seeking qualified female coaches who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our ladies clients at our studio in Qatar Company Perks: Competitive Pay & Commission: • Health Insurance for full-time employees • Work Out for free • 30-day leave • yearly plane ticket compensation • Basic Net monthly salary: 650 KWD (2200 USD)• Monthly Commission: 200 - 400 KWD (600-1200 USD) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Deliver predesigned workouts to groups up to 36 - 45 clients • Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions • Build client attendance and retain current clientele • Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique • Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels • Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations • Handle member concerns when applicable • Collaborate with our team in helping build the membership base and studio culture • Must take at least 2 class per week • A passionate, positive and energetic person that loves to help people be the best they can be • Someone who enjoys motivating members and providing a world class fitness experience • Someone who promotes an upbeat, enthusiastic high-energy environment when coach a fitness class Job Qualifications: • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics • Ability to multi-task and stay organized • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels • Must hold one of the following nationally accredited fitness certification programs: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA or ISSA • Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred • CPR/AED certification • Preferably 2+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
