HUMAN RESOURCE

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and other HR documentation.
  2. Manages the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. Collaborates with department heads to define the skills and competencies required for each role.
  3. Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including introducing company policies, benefits, and initial training.
  4. Assisting with or managing performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees.
  5. Managing the payroll process and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  6. Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, leave policies, and other benefits as per the UAE labor law.
  7. Managing the entire visa process for employees, including the application and issuance of new employee visas, the renewal of visas for current employees, and the cancellation of visas for employees leaving the company, ensuring full compliance with UAE immigration and labor regulations.
  8. Assisting with compensation benchmarking, ensuring that salaries and benefits are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  9. Managing the company's certifications from both government and private sectors, including those from the Municipality, DED (Department of Economic Development), ISO, and other relevant authorities, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  10. Supporting employees in their career growth, including succession planning and providing advice on career paths. Identifying training and development needs, organizing training programs, and helping employees improve their skills.
  11. Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and consistently applied.
ADMINISTRATION
  1. Oversee the smooth operation of office functions, including ensuring the office environment is organized and well-maintained. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary resources are available for staff.
  2. Supervise and manage the performance of the administration team, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and the achievement of departmental goals.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, conferences, and team-building activities and organize corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and other employee engagement activities.
  4. Support the management team by performing any other duties as assigned that contribute to organizational efficiency.
