Job Opportunity: Experienced CRM -Leading Real Estate Developer, in Dubai About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at a premier real estate development company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, particularly in the real estate sector. As a CRM, you will participate in all aspects of customer relationship management, going beyond handover-related responsibilities. Your role will involve overseeing the entire customer journey, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering long-term, profitable relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the property purchase to handover process.
  • Coordinate with brokers, follow up on leads and sales, and maintain a proactive communication flow.
  • Coordinate and maintain records with the accounts department regarding payments received from clients.
  • Oversee and manage the customer relationship, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Formulate and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Keep customers updated with information on new products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, including managing the snagging process up to handover.
  • Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Create CRM programs to attract and retain customers.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, including email outreach and other content, to engage clients.
  • Plan strategies to expand the brand's reach and increase customer loyalty.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct business reviews using CRM programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify and build relationships with key customers or clients.
  • Collaborate with all departments to optimize the sales process and ensure smooth communication.
  • Regularly update, purge, and maintain the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the data stored in the CRM system.
  • Convert customer data into actionable business insights to drive decision-making.
  • Provide CRM system administration support, including managing user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a CRM, specifically in the handover department of a real estate company.
  • Should have handed over a minimum of 2-4 projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service practices within the real estate sector.
  • Expertise in handling booking forms, agency agreements, and snagging processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging client scenarios.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE.
