RESIDENT STATUS: Transferable SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: CSO / CEO Overview: The Country Sales Manager for Multi-Company, Multi-Activity operations is responsible for driving sales and managing projects across various sectors, including heavy equipment rental and IoT devices. This role involves achieving annual targets between 100 to 200 million, leading diverse sales teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company’s presence across the GCC region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for multiple companies and activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across different sectors, including heavy equipment rental and IoT devices.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities across all activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in each sector.
  • Achieve annual sales and project targets between 100 to 200 million.
  • Divide annual targets into quarterly goals and monitor progress.
  • Open three new sales branches in the first year, with a focus on establishing a presence in GCC markets.
  • Establish partnerships with at least two distributors per year to support expansion efforts.
  • Drive market entry initiatives with existing technology and products.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports for each company and activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies across various sectors.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction across all activities.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams on industry-specific sales processes.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members with diverse expertise.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations for each company.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)
  • Certified Sales Executive (CSE)
  • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Certification
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of IoT solutions, heavy equipment rental processes, and market dynamics in the GCC.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Odoo, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong understanding of digital sales techniques, e-commerce platforms, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
