- Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens, forms and informative leaflets.
- Ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
- Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.
- Training and supporting office staff.
- Handling complaints and specific customer requests.
- Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies.
- Managing mail distribution.
- Organizing office budget.
- Managing records of office expenses and costs.
- Overseeing compliance with company policies and security requirements.
- Proven experience in customer service and office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and English (oral and written).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
