Facilities Manager THE LINE HUB 2 (NEOM Site-Based) Job Description AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Facilities Manager THE LINE HUB 2 on NEOM client site in KSA. This position reports to the Senior Manager (Accommodation and Facilities) and will be responsible for overseeing the auditing and monitoring activities within NEOM THE LINE Hub Office Facilities. The Facilities Manager (FM) THE LINE HUB 2 will be responsible for developing and implementing audit plans, evaluating internal and external controls, assessing risk, and ensuring contractors and service providers are in compliance with laws and regulations. This is a NEOM client site-based role in KSA. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of the contractor’s internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Develop and implement monitoring programs to ensure ongoing compliance with laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
- Conduct regular audits of the various O&M services provided by third-party contractors.
- Monitor the performance of the O&M service providers to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets and quality standards.
- Provide guidance to organisation staff and O&M service providers on audit, fraud prevention, and monitoring procedures.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and work with O&M service providers to meet corrective action targets and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
- Prepare audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present them to senior management and audit committees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, changes in regulations, and best practices in auditing and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of ALL principles and processes involved in facility management, auditing and monitoring as well as regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in managing and conducting audits of financial statements, operational processes.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- English proficiency is required, (both written and oral).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, databases and audit management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks.
- Professional maturity and irreproachable integrity are obligatory.
