With 3 years experience in Facility Management Industry
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
- Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned tasks.
- Oversee staff on a daily basis.
- Provide scheduling of the team.
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Monitor cleaning material stock levels and reorder materials when needed.
- Check cleaning equipment.
- Solve operational problems and make decisions.
