Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs to provide executive leadership and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, and a passion for creating a supportive environment for students. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the institution's senior leadership team and provide executive leadership for student affairs functions.
- Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate programs and services to support student enrollment, engagement, and persistence.
- Collaborate with institutional partners to supervise the successful transfer and implementation of programs.
- Create co-curricular opportunities to enhance the learning experience.
- Supervise and direct staff, including Enrollment & Government Scholarship Services, Student Life functions, and Registration Services.
- A master's degree in Higher Education Administration/Student Personnel or a related field.
- Seven years plus experience in higher education, in increasingly complex executive roles.
- Experience in supervision of enrollment management and/or student development programs and personnel.
- Experience with research and use of data in enrollment and/or student affairs.
