ResponsibilitiesExperienced in Finance Supervisory role and Finance Analyst/analysis experienced.Contributes at an expert level to meet set short to medium term objectives, and supervises individual contributors to ensure the adherence of implementation of company policies and IFRS.Ensure timely recording of transactions in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank; Payroll processing in time as per company guidelines through HRMS.Supervise accountants with his professional knowledge in the following areas: Inventory costingBanking correspondence regarding LCs, Cheques etc.Maintenance of employee's accounts in HRMS and AR modules.Preparation of CAPEX, any kind of recording in Fixed Asset Register.Bank reconciliationsReconciliations of General Ledger with Sub Module LedgersPetty cash managementEnsure the implementation and reflection of corrective measures in books of accounts suggested by Internal Control / Internal Audit.Ensure adherence to Credit Control Policies within the business unit.Preparation of Budget along with elaboration of deviations in actual with previous budget.Supporting the operations, ensure the correct recording of deferrals and accruals.Responsible to check and analyze the revenues and costs, and to explain deviations from budgets, if any.SkillsMinimum University degree in Accounting & Finance and must be a finalist of a professional qualification such as CPA, ICMA, ACCA, CIMA or CA.Minimum of 5 years' experience, of which 2 years should be in a supervisory position in a reputed organization.Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Excel; knowhow of an ERP system will be an advantage.Should have sound business communication skills.Reported to Finance Manager / Chief Accountant.
