IT Manager - Business Solutions

Job Summary Lead and manage the digital initiatives by overseeing requirement gathering and elicitation processes, ensuring the accurate documentation of User Stories and Process Flows. Manage effort estimation and coordinate with Solutioning and QA teams to align on delivery deadlines and achieve project objectives. Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify, document, and analyze complex business requirements and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Agile methodologies.
2. Oversee the development and execution of strategic business solutions, guiding end-to-end software development efforts to enhance the company's retail operations, with a strong focus on Agile frameworks.
3. Direct and manage comprehensive data analysis initiatives, supporting high-level decision-making processes related to sales trends, customer behavior, and inventory management, while integrating Agile software development practices.
4. Drive the creation and approval of business cases and projects that support the implementation of innovative retail initiatives, leveraging in-depth knowledge of retail best practices, industry benchmarks, and Agile principles.
5. Act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the seamless translation of complex business needs into scalable Agile software solutions.
6. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on extensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform and shape the company's retail strategy, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
7. Mentor, coach, and lead a team of business analysts, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment that embraces continuous improvement and Agile principles.
8. Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration between business and technical teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile practices.
9. Demonstrate a proven track record of managing and implementing successful business initiatives within a retail environment, with an emphasis on Agile and end-to-end software development methodologies.
10. Maintain and expand knowledge of retail technologies, including POS systems and e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on leveraging Agile software development.
11. Experience with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
12. Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile, or similar managerial credentials are highly desirable.
13. Continuously monitor and stay updated with retail industry best practices and advancements, providing strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

1. Manage Business Analyst Team.
2. Lead Requirement Gathering & UAT sessions.
3. Requirement Gathering & documentation.
4. Retail & E-commerce Domain knowledge and expertise.
5. Agile Scrum experience.
6. Bachelor's degree in computers / information technology. MBA is a plus.
7. 8-12 years of experience.
