Logistics Business Development Executive
تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Meet new & prospective clients, understand client requirements, prepare quotations, follow up and conclude orders.
- Single point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage and co-ordinate with clients, keep track of clients’ delivery requirements, number of trips, manage schedules of trip vehicles, ensure customers’ requirements are met.
- Manage the complete documentation related to trips, manage expenses and work with all stakeholders to resolve all delivery issues while adhering to client deadlines.
- Manage the movement of products/equipments/materials as per client requirements and in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law process.
- Improve the delivery process by keeping the company’s interest in mind, cutting /avoiding unnecessary expenses, implementing process improvements
- Maintain and update the transport registry with daily trips, driver /vehicle information, trip start -end time, trip duration, fuel (expense, utilization, balance, trip starting /ending fuel level), trip expense, trip money for driver etc.
- Create and submit monthly trip summary report to the management
