Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Barista located in Rai. The Lead Barista will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the tea bar, including preparing beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing food preparation. Additionally, the Lead Barista will be in charge of training and supervising barista staff, ensuring quality and consistency in all offerings. Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience as a Barista
- Proficiency in Food Preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different tea varieties and brewing techniques
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Barista certification or relevant training
