About the Role:

As our Bathroom Brands continues to grow and expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support the development and management of branded bathroom products across categories such as Brassware, Sanitaryware, Furniture, and Hotel Amenities. You'll play a vital role in the entire product development lifecycle, supporting sales teams with daily product needs, coordinating product training, and assisting with customer specification requirements. A key part of the role will involve gathering market and competitor insights to identify trends and creating effective merchandising strategies while coordinating showroom displays and promotional activities. In addition to working with suppliers to gain market intelligence and support new product development processes, you will ensure the accuracy of product data by managing information uploads and conducting quality checks pre- and post-website integration. You'll support cross-functional coordination with Purchasing, Marketing, Technical, and Quality teams to align new product launches with market opportunities while optimizing e-commerce positioning. Your role will also include overseeing sample management and quality reviews, ensuring timely reporting to Senior Management, and managing stock updates and product changeovers. This role offers great variety, opportunities to build strong supplier relationships, and the chance to influence key product decisions from concept to delivery.

About You:

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to build a career in product management, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the bathroom industry . You're proactive, with strong communication skills and proven project management abilities, comfortable balancing multiple priorities while ensuring attention to every detail. You have experience in market research, trend analysis, and data management and are adept at presenting insights in a clear and concise manner. Your understanding of the full product lifecycle and passion for design trends make you someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments. You will be able to travel internationally and connect with diverse teams and suppliers, supporting new product development from concept to launch. Ideally, you'll have familiarity with Sanipex Group's Sales, Marketing, and supply chain processes or similar operations and a proven ability to use data and insights to drive strategy. Above all, you have a desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a brand focused on innovation and quality in bathroom solutions.
