Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Systems Manager to oversee and manage our financial systems, including Oracle Fusion (migration from Oracle EBS), Yardi, and other financial solutions (treasury, consolidation, budgeting). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and IT, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing financial systems to support business objectives. Real estate experience would be a bonus. Consulting background would also be a bonus. Mandatory experience onsite in Europe or North America. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Yardi, and other financial solutions.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of financial systems.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the systems are up-to-date and meet business requirements.
Provide support and training to finance and accounting teams on the use of financial systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial systems.
Lead and manage financial system projects, including system implementations, migrations, and integrations.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to support system implementation and maintenance activities.
Analyze and evaluate financial system processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA, ITIL) is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing financial systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Yardi, Treasury, consolidation.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
Accounting qualification would be preferred.
Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and project management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other financial solutions and ERP systems.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and technologies.
