Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong marketing background to join our team in the Fixed and Carrier Oils industry. This role focuses on driving business growth in both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing innovative product ideas, and expanding our customer base through strategic B2B efforts. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion and Opportunity Identification:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and potential markets for fixed, carrier oils and herbal extracts through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Develop strategies to expand product offerings in international and local markets.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients (distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers) to explore growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Product Development and Innovation:
  • Collaborate and work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to create and launch new products and to ensure the seamless development of new product offerings based on market demand and competitive analysis.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to generate innovative ideas for new products.
Liaison with Factory Director:
  • Collaborate closely with the Factory Director to discuss investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and production planning to ensure alignment with business development goals.
  • Provide valuable market insights to inform production decisions and optimize manufacturing processes.
Strategic Planning and Sales Growth:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that drive sales and profitability in target markets.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to position the company effectively.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our products and services.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B clients across local and international markets.
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients' needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for business development inquiries and negotiations.
Reporting and Performance Analysis:
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
  • Analyze market data to adjust tactics and achieve revenue and growth targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the fixed and carrier oils industry or related sectors (such as oils, food, cosmetics, or similar B2B environments).
  • Strong background in marketing and experience in international markets .
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and product ideas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in product development and launching new products in a competitive market.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Understanding of supply chain management and logistics related to the oils industry.
