Arch Connect, a growing recruitment agency, is looking for a motivated Co-Founder to join our team. Role Highlights: Profit Sharing: Enjoy 25% of the profit. Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage clients, primarily from the UAE and other Gulf countries.
- Oversee client relationships and drive business development in the region.
- Background: Must have prior experience in the recruitment industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and partnership skills.
- Location: Based in UAE (preferably Dubai).
- Mindset: Comfortable working in a startup environment with a focus on growth and collaboration.
