Multi Brands including Hotels & Restaurants, Kuwait City Metropolitan Area We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operations of multiple F&B brands, including restaurants and hotel food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. This role requires a strong focus on financial management, operational efficiency, team leadership, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management • Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth execution of services and operational excellence. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all locations. • Monitor and optimize service workflows, kitchen operations, and inventory management. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards across all outlets. • Prepare and manage annual budgets, including revenue forecasts, cost control, and profitability targets. • Oversee menu pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while achieving optimal margins. • Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements (P&L), and implement corrective actions to address variances. • Conduct cost analysis, including food, beverage, and labor costs, and implement strategies to reduce wastage and improve efficiency. • Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of managers, chefs, and service staff across all locations. • Develop training programs to enhance staff performance, customer service, and technical skills. • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork to achieve business goals. • Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
- Brand Management & Customer Experience • Maintain and enhance brand identity across all F&B outlets by ensuring consistent quality, ambiance, and customer service. • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Strategic Growth & Development • Identify opportunities for new restaurant openings, menu innovations, and market expansion. • Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with stakeholders on new project development. • Establish partnerships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics • Generate and present operational and financial reports to senior management. • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or other related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple outlets.
- Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in budgeting, costing, pricing strategies, and P&L management.
- Experience in managing both standalone restaurants and hotel F&B operations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across various locations.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in operational software, reporting tools, and financial analysis tools.
