Restaurant Manager As a Restaurant Manager for our establishment in Ar Rumaythiyah, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining the financial performance of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee customer service and respond to any complaints or issues
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Maintain financial records and analyze data to improve profitability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Monitor overall cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial management principles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
