Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our supply chain management team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in the consumer electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet customer demands and reduce costs.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is required.
• The successful candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in product level forecasting or product supply planning in a global sourcing organization.
• A proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain projects and improving operational efficiency is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals, are mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Supply Chain Cost Reduction: Implement initiatives to reduce supply chain costs by at least 10% within the first year.
• Inventory Turnover Improvement: Increase inventory turnover rate by 20% within the first six months.
• On-Time Delivery Rate: Maintain an on-time delivery rate of at least 95% across all regions.
