About the Role The Brand Partnerships Sales Manager is a newly created role within Footballco Arabia that will be responsible for growing our brand direct business in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. Working into the SVP Middle East, the role will target both established and less established brands in football to build long term relationships with key brand marketing and media decision makers to unlock significant revenue opportunities. A successful candidate will ensure best business practices are put in place to manage revenue growth and top-class service levels as well as be an ambassador for Footballco at a senior level within the brand ecosystem. We want you to go to the next level for both revenue and creative output. What You'll be doing:

  1. Work with SVP Middle East to deliver Football Co sales targets related to local, regional & global campaigns.
  2. Work closely with the wider global sales team and the existing regional team with accountability for creating and maximizing revenue opportunities from key brands to deliver local and Global sales targets.
  3. Map out key brand planning and buying mechanics across both central and local client stakeholders and influence the ecosystem to drive global and local revenue.
  4. Develop a network of blue-chip brands contacts across marketing, media and sponsorship departments.
  5. Outside of traditional media agencies and brand direct conversations explore all other partnerships that may be of interest. An example would be sports marketing agencies, clubs and leagues.
  6. Have a strong grasp of industry metrics and foresight to predict future trends to ensure we are ahead of the competition.
What You Have:
  1. Deep understanding of the football landscape in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Proven track record of selling in the Saudi football or sports space and overachieving revenue targets.
  3. Experience in working with brands at the highest level managing senior personnel and teams across multiple locations.
  4. Commercially astute, a sound deal maker you will ensure Football Co is a must buy for brands.
  5. Extensive experience of delivering against a sales target and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
  6. Experience negotiating complicated multi-platform commercial partnerships with experience in TV and digital.
  7. Have a strong perspective and previous hands-on experience on content and product offerings in the industry.
  8. Fluency in Arabic and English language is essential for this role.
Not Essential but great if you have:
  1. Knowledge of the sports and tech industries as well as exposure to brand marketing.
  2. Experience working in matrixed/multinational organizations.
